The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled on a secluded island in the middle of a beautiful lake. It's the perfect spot for a romantic escape, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The tree and stilted houses provided a unique and intimate accommodation experience, with each house having its own bathroom. The views from the houses were simply breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While the location of the hotel is idyllic, it does come with a few drawbacks. The cost of the motorboat to the mainland is quite high, which can add up if you need to make multiple trips.

We had so much fun swimming in the freshwater lake and jumping off the jetty. The local guide took us on a motorboat tour of the lake, and we got to see so many cool birds. And let's not forget the safaris to search for the famous Tree Climbing Lions at Ishasha. It was such an adrenaline rush! We had a blast and can't wait to go back!

The only thing we wished for was more exciting nightlife options for young party-goers. While the activities during the day were thrilling, it would have been great to have some fun nighttime events specifically catered to our age group.
